Ultima VII text "type font"

Hey there, Gentlemen!

I wonder if is there a way to replace the original text font on Ultima VII under Exult mechanics? Maybe I can replace or edit a file somewhere to have a new font face on the game dialogues.

Is that possible?
I really would love to have a less-fancy text font...
It would be less tiring to read the game messages.
